Do you have a balance between work, rest and enjoyment?

But we should ask God to show us if we are out of balance in any of these areas. Are we a workaholic that doesn't rest? Are we a sluggard who is unwilling to release the covers? Instead of having balanced between meeting our responsibilities and times of enjoyment are we instead focused on finishing one pleasure and then moving on to the next?
